You'll need standard KYB (Know Your Business) and KYC (Know Your Customer) documents: a certificate of incorporation or equivalent, proof of registered address, details of ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs), and government-issued ID for directors. All documents are submitted digitally — no notarisation or physical copies required.

Yes. You can invite team members with role-based access — for example, a finance manager who can approve transfers, or a bookkeeper with read-only access. Each user gets their own login and activity is logged for audit purposes.

Most international transfers arrive within the same business day, and many corridors settle within minutes. Local transfers (e.g. within the EU via SEPA, or within the UK via Faster Payments) are typically instant or same-day. The exact timing depends on the destination country and cut-off times — your dashboard shows an estimated arrival time before you confirm each payment.

There is no minimum transaction amount for most payment types. There is no mandatory monthly volume commitment either — Magna Porta is designed to scale with your business from day one, whether you're sending a single invoice or processing thousands of transactions per month.

You can freeze any card or account instantly from the dashboard. For disputes or fraud reports, your dedicated relationship manager is your first point of contact. All accounts are monitored 24/7 with automated fraud detection. For card disputes, our team initiates a formal chargeback process with Visa within 1 business day of being notified.

Magna Porta complies fully with OFAC, EU, and UN sanctions lists. Payments to sanctioned countries or entities are blocked automatically. For payments to higher-risk jurisdictions that are not sanctioned, additional compliance checks may be required. Your relationship manager will advise you on specific corridors if needed.
